Çiğdem Arıkan M.D.

Finished  Erenköy High school in Istanbul in 1995 and graduated from Faculty of Medicine at University of Istanbul. In 2001, she received her Children’s Health and diseases degree in Marmara University. At the same year, additionally she started Child Gastroenterology,Hepatology and nutrition science and after 4 years she graduated. In 2005-2006 she was working in the Liver research center at Texas Children Hospital. Dr Çiğdem Arıkan won 6 scientific awards, 62 international research articles, 2 abroad research scholarships, her h-index is 22. She works as an advisor for many international magazines and is member of ESPGHAN,EASL,IPTRA ,Turkish Liver research association, Turkish Pediatric Association, Turkish Pediatric Gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition association, KEPAN.
