Müjdat Zeybel M.D.

Müjdat Zeybel, M. D. M. Res. was born in 1975 in Izmir. He completed his school education at Izmir Atatürk High School in 1992 and graduated from Hacettepe University Medical School in 1999. He completed the Internal Medicine residency at Dokuz Eylul University in 2004 which led on to the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship at Celal Bayar University. In 2009, Newcastle University hosted Dr Zeybel as a visiting academic. Dr Zeybel continued his medical research career at Newcastle University by studying a Master of Research and Ph. D. on liver disease. He worked as an European Association for the Study of the Liver, Sheila Sherlock Physician Scientist Fellow on epigenetics and liver disease at Newcastle University. Dr Zeybel has been working as an Instructor and Consultant Gastroenterologist at Koç University Hospital since October 2014.
