Burak Koçak M.D.

Born in Ankara in 1972, Professor Dr. Burak Koçak graduated faculty of meicine in English at Hacettepe University in 1996. He completed his residency studies in Urology field at High Specialized Hospital in 2001. His international experience includes Transplatation Surgery Higher Specialization Training of Northwestern University Feinberg Medicine School in the USA. He received his Associate Profeessor degree in 2011 and his Professor degree after 7 years. Dr. Burak Koçak was working as an associate proferssor in Urology Deparmanet of High Specialized Hospital Newborn Unit, in 2001-2002 and 2004-2005. During following 2 years, he was the Kidney Transplant Center Specialist / Lecturer at Nineteen May University. In 2007-2018, at Memorial Şişli Hospital he was warking as the Specialist in Kidney and Pancreas Transplantation Center, in the field of Urology and Transplant Surgery. He is a head of Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program at Organ Transplantation Center of Koç University Hospital since 2018.
