Tarık Esen, M.D.

Prof. Tarık Esen has been working at the Amerikan Hospital as a head of Urology Department. He has been working as a faculty member at Koç University Faculty of Medicine since 2011.

Born in Balıkesir in 1960, Professor Tarık Esen graduated from Faculty of Medicine of Istanbul University in 1984 and completed his Urology residency at the same University. He received Associate Professor and Professor Degrees in Urology field, in 1994 and 2000, accordingly. In 2006-2008 he was the Head of Turkish Urology Association and served as the directors’ board member of the European Urology Association. Prof. Tarık Esen is working as the head of Urology Department at American Hospital and is a faculty member at Koç University Medical faculty since 2011.
