David Berishvili M.D.

David Berishvili Graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University. In 1995-2018, He worked at Bakulev Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery, one of the leading Cardiovascular Surgery facilities of the Russian Federation. Through his interminable international practice, he has performed the variety of operations on congenital heart and vascular defects, from which more than 6,000 are performed on little patients with Congenital Heart Defects whose weight starts from 650 grams. He is the author of 2 dissertations on Congenital Heart Defects as well as 124 academic papers and Co-author of the book-manual “Congenital Heart Diseases” and of the medical patent regarding Surgery of Congenital Heart Defects. He is the Member of the Asian Association of Cardiac Surgeons. Since 2019, David Berishvili is the head of Jerarsi Clinic Congenital Heart disease Department.
