David Gunia M.D.

After completing his studies at Petre Shotadze Medical Academy in 2001, Dr. David went to Ukraine Medical Sciences Academy Endovascular Neurosurgery Center for residency studies. He performs up to 100 cerebral and spinal malformation operations annually, and over 400 studies digital subtraction angiography (DSA). He is the lecturer of Endovascular Surgery at Tbilisi State Medical University since 2011.  As the author of 42 academic papers he is the Constant member of the associations such as European Association of Neurosurgical Societies and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. He is also a member of Eastern European Neurointerventional Club and the Ukrainian Association of Endovascular Neuro-radio-surgeons. From 2019, David Gunia is the head of Endovascular Neurosurgery Department at Jerarsi Clinic.
